Siemens Medical Solutions GSD GmbH has concluded an agreement with Siemens Aktiengesellschaft to merge Siemens Medical Solutions GSD GmbH, the transferring entity, with Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, the acquiring entity. This merger comes into effect following entry in the Commercial Register of both companies. This entry has been recorded on May 5, 2009. This means that you will now find the contents of the www.gsd.de and www.ishmed.com Web sites on different Internet pages of Siemens AG.
